If someone is asking you to commit meaningful money to an opportunity, GM Intel may be able to help you check what you're getting into first.
The reality check
People are constantly being asked to invest money, pay large upfront fees, enter partnerships, buy services, fund opportunities, join programs, or trust claims that may not have been properly researched.
The problem is that most people research the opportunity after something goes wrong.
GM Intel helps you research before you commit your money.
“Before I put money into this business or opportunity, I want to know more.”
“I'm considering putting money into a property, development, syndication, or real estate opportunity.”
“Someone is asking me to invest in a private company or opportunity.”
“Before I put money into this crypto, blockchain, token, or digital-asset opportunity, I want to know more about what's behind it.”
“They called offering me funding. Who exactly am I dealing with?”
“Before I commit money or sign the deal, I want to know more about the people and companies involved.”
“Before I buy this company or business opportunity, what should I know?”
“Before I pay the franchise, licensing, or startup fees, I want another look at the opportunity.”
“Someone says this business model can make money. What does the opportunity really look like?”
“They're promising growth, leads, followers, sales, or business results. What am I actually paying for?”
“They want a substantial deposit. I want to know who I'm dealing with first.”
“Before I send a significant amount of money, I want an independent look at the deal.”
GM Intel is designed for situations where the money at stake matters to you — whether you're trying to make it, invest it, grow it, or protect it.
Not every request will fall within our service scope. GM Intel reviews each request before accepting an assignment.
We don't tell you what to think.
We show you what we found.
GM Intel independently researches each assignment and organizes what we find — and what we don't find — into a clear Intel report. GM Intel is not here to tell you what decision to make. We help you know more before you make it.
For real estate opportunities, we research the opportunity, the companies and people promoting it, the claims being made, relevant business entities, and publicly available information and materials the client provides. GM Intel does not perform property inspections, appraisals, title opinions, environmental inspections, legal title searches, or legal due diligence.
For crypto and digital-asset opportunities, we research the company or organization behind the opportunity, project claims, relevant business entities, publicly available regulatory information, publicly stated partnerships, and representations made in promotional materials. GM Intel does not evaluate whether a token, coin, or project is a good investment, and does not provide price predictions or trading recommendations.

GM Intel case study
What the Swiftarc Capital case can teach us about checking the record behind an investment opportunity.
According to federal prosecutors, Swiftarc took more than $35 million from investors between approximately 2016 and 2023, while only about $10 million went into investments.
Federal prosecutors stated that approximately 99% of client investment funds eventually became concentrated in Philip Morris Pakistan.
Public regulatory records show Texas securities regulators revoked Swiftarc Capital's investment-adviser registration in June 2022 and issued a cease-and-desist order relating to fraud findings.
Jawahar later pleaded guilty to federal wire-fraud charges. On September 15, 2026, he was sentenced to 11 years in federal prison and ordered to pay more than $31 million in restitution.
Public reporting identified Travis Kelce as one of the victims, but the amount he invested or lost has not been publicly established.
According to the FTC, consumers reported about $16 billion in fraud losses in 2025, approximately 25% more than in 2024.
The FBI recorded 1,008,597 complaints and nearly $21 billion in reported losses across all internet crime complaints in 2025.
Of that FBI total, approximately $17.7 billion in reported losses involved cyber-enabled fraud; investment fraud accounted for approximately $8.65 billion.
The FBI also recorded approximately $11.37 billion in reported losses on complaints involving cryptocurrency and $893 million on complaints marked AI-related. These descriptors can overlap with other crime categories.

Questions & answers
Why check it first?
Technology has made it easier than ever to create a convincing business, investment pitch, website, identity, testimonial, email, image, voice, or financial promise. AI can make questionable opportunities look polished and legitimate in a matter of minutes.
The losses are real. Federal Trade Commission data show consumers reported about $16 billion in fraud losses in 2025, roughly 25% more than in 2024. The FBI reported nearly $21 billion in losses from cyber-enabled crime in 2025, with cryptocurrency and AI-related complaints among the costliest.
And experience, money, or status do not make anyone immune. Fraud and misleading investment schemes have reached experienced investors, business owners, high-net-worth individuals, and professional athletes.
Before you invest, pay a large fee, hire a service, enter a partnership, accept funding, buy into an opportunity, or make another significant commitment, let Greedy Mofos Intel dig deeper.
We research the opportunity, examine the people and businesses involved, verify relevant claims, compare what you were told with what the available evidence shows, and identify information that cannot be confirmed.
You get the facts we find, the questions that remain, and a clearer picture of what you are considering.
Then you decide what to do with that information.
Don't pay for promises. Get the intel first.
